Registration and Fees

Registration: participants are invited to submit an abstract and register by filling in the registration e-form till September 30 , 2026.

 

Conference Format:
The conference will be held in HYBRID format. It will be possible to participate in the conference personally or virtually (on-line) in communication with other participants. By registering for the conference, you consent to the recording of its proceedings (including lectures and votes in discussions) and on-line transmission to other registered participants.

 

Conference Fee (including VAT):

• 350 euro – in-person participation with or without paper, fee includes conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks and a gala dinner, a tour of the Wieliczka Salt Mine and a ticket to the Kraków Opera for the ballet *The Nutcracker*
• 330 euro – in-person participation with or without paper, fee includes conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks and a gala dinner, a tour of the Wieliczka Salt Mine or a ticket to the Kraków Opera for the ballet *The Nutcracker*
• 300 euro  – in-person participation with or without paper, fee includes conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks and gala dinner.
• 180 euro – virtual participation with a presentation or without a presentation
• 150 euro – in-person participation with or without paper for doctoral students and retired persons, fee includes conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks and gala dinner.
• free of charge – invited guests, members of the Organising Committee (with benefits), UKEN students who are interested in listening to the papers delivered in person (without benefits).
